One Month Favorites

First of all, who knew that time could fly by so quickly! Seriously, I am going to blink and my babies are going to be married and having kiddos of their own :(.

Our little Ady is officially one month old, and I can definitely tell you we aren't going to send her back ;o). She is perfectly adorable, and melts our hearts each and every day. Even though she still gets up in the middle of the night, we love her to pieces.

Here are some of her (well our) favorite things for her first month ;o).

One Month Favorites

1. Wearing the color purple, it is my best color!
2. Getting kisses from my big brother, although I could live without his snotty nose =).
3. Sleeping in my car seat, it is seriously the most comfortable spot in the house.
4. Looking at lights, they keep me entertained for hours....eh, minutes.
5. Cuddling with my Daddy, he is really comfy.
6. Watching my brother pay with his new ball pit.
7. Listening to Mommy and Jackers sing Christmas songs.
8. Sitting in my bouncy chair, this thing vibrates the entire floor!
9. Puking up my bottle all over Daddy. He loves it, ;o).
10. Watching girly movies with Mommy, while Daddy and Jackers roll their eyes in disgust.

I can't wait till next month, it is amazing the changes that occur in a month (often times even less).

One Year Favorites

One Year Favorites

1. Walking around! I walk with a little bit of a "wooden leg", but it is cute none the less.
2. I love when Mommy growls at me, and chases me around the house! She is so funny.
3. I love to steal pillows and blankets from the couch, and "face plant" on the floor for nigh-night. Haha. It freaks Mommy out a little bit. ;o)
4. Being a big brother, Ady is starting to grow on me.
5. Barney! *The tv is usually on, but he rarely watches it. But, one day we saw Barney and stopped....he was glued to the tv.*
6. Playing "where is Jackers?". I love hiding from Mom and Dad, and then popping out for them to see me.
7. I loved Halloween, I got an awesome book, candy, and bowling set (Thanks Jerew's!). I was a very scary dinosaur.
8. Shaking my butt to the music. I also love cuddling with Mommy while listening to music, it is so much fun!
9. I always love being the center of attention!
10. Shaking my crib in the morning (or after nap) to wake Mommy and Daddy up ;o)

11 Month Favorites

Our beautiful baby boy is 11 months old. Oh my, time flies. He is about 25 lbs, and changing every single day. Here is my little Jacker's favorite things for this month.

• Standing all on my own, I am even known to take a couple of steps. ;o)
• Growling! I am going to be a dinosaur for Halloween, and I want to scare people. Haha.
• Eating big boy food. I love ANYTHING that Mommy and Daddy are eating. But, I don't necessarily like it when Mommy tries to give me my own.
• I look like such a stud in my winter gear, I love being all cozy....and chewing on my zipper.
• Wearing my Bears Jersey. They have won every weekend I have worn it! Go BEARS!
• Playing with Mommy and Daddy's rings. They are just so "interesting".
• Rubber duckies! I cuddled with Uncle Tim for quite a while yesterday while playing with my ducky.
• Mommy is getting ready for my 1st birthday party, and I love getting into all the party stuff.
• My new room layout, I am so ready to be a big brother!
• I now have three teeth...with another one on the way.
  

10 Months Old

My little baby Jackers is 10 months old today. Where did my baby go?

He is such a little man, and I can't get over how much of a "boy" he is. Haha....he loves football, trucks, and exploring.

Here are his 10 Month Favorites!

10 Month Favorites

1. Standing up ALL BY MYSELF! (He can usually stand for about 30 seconds.)
2. Watching football with Daddy and Grandpa, not sure if the Bears are my favorite ;o).
3. Talking, but Mommy and Daddy can't understand a word that I say.
4. Playing a game with Mommy. She says "Say Mama", and I say "Dada". (It is really annoying, haha)
5. Playing with my friend Makenna, I love hanging out with her everyday.




6. Getting my teeth! I now have two teethers! (Bottom Center)
7. Holding my own bottle. I am too big to sit on Mommy and Daddy's lap for long. I want to move!
8. Bath-time with Daddy. (I am too big to lean over the tub....haha).
9. Shopping with Mommy. I talk to EVERYONE, and love to try and grab stuff off the shelves.
10. Playing soccer with Daddy and Uncle Tim....it is so FUN!

Only 9 weeks until we meet our new little one, and we can't wait. Now, we just have to get our butts in gear and get ready for her arrival. ;o)

9 Months!

Little Jackson is 9 months old, I know that I can not believe how quickly time flies. Jackson is absolutely the biggest joy in our lives, and I couldn't imagine life without him.

9 Month Favorites

1. Crackers....this is by far my favorite food. I would live on crackers if Mommy would let me.
2. Cruising along the furniture....walking is in my not so distant future.
3. Bouncing, enough said.
4. Getting ready to be a big brother ;o)
5. Sitting outside watching the cars, trucks, people, and animals go by. We even saw a helicopter once.
6. Chewing and slobbering all over Mommy's phone.
7. Eating anything with noodles and a sauce. He is definitely a pasta boy.

8. Crawling into Mommy and Daddy's room, there is just so much stuff I would love to get into in their room.
9. Being my Daddy's bull dog ;o)

10. My favorite toy is any remote I can get my hands on. It is hard to keep them away from me.

We are all anxiously awaiting the arrival of Baby #2. Jacker's is so excited for his little playmate ;o)

Jackson's Favorite Snack

Jackson absolutely loves crackers! He can not get enough. He would rather just eat the crackers, and forget the rest of his meal. Haha.

8 Month Favorites!!!!

Our sweet little baby boy is 8 months old today. Again, I can not believe how big he is getting. Stop growing! That is all that I have to say.

8 Month Favorites

1. Playing with my laptop, thanks Grandma.
2. Eating all kinds of big boy foods.
3. Hanging out with Grandpa and Uncle Timmy, I was so excited to see them after their vacation ;o)
4. Army crawling, and I am almost crawling for real. Mommy is amazed at my progress everyday.
5. Eating whipped cream. (we had it for the 4th of July with strawberries and he went crazy!)
6. Jumping in my bed.
7. Playing "dangerous' games with Daddy...it freaks Mommy out.
8. Peek-a-boo.
9. My reflection, I know I am cute ;o).
10. Chewing, drooling, eh you know the normal stuff.

7 Month Favorites!

Jackson is 7 months old today. Shut up! I can not believe it. He is so big, and absolutely handsome!

1. Getting up on all fours, I just started doing this today, and Mommy goes crazy. It's funny!
2. Standing, I am such a big boy. I love standing in my crib (with the help of Mommy or Daddy and a rail).
3. Rolling, rolling, rolling. Mommy always asks me how I got over there.
4. Talking to Daddy on the phone! I get really mad though when he hangs up because I want my Daddy!
5. Getting veggies, fruits, meats....anything. I love food, well except for the items found here.
6. Shaking my head "no", and some times "yes"!
7. Going to the grocery store with Mommy, but only if she gives me something to play with. Otherwise I try to reach EVERYTHING on the shelves.
8. Watching morning cartoons with Dad, but only if I get to sit like a big boy next to him.
9. Being naked, but Mommy makes me wear that stupid diaper.
10. Spending the morning in bed with Mommy and Daddy. Just cuddling and playing, it's really fun!

Just last week I was looking at pictures of his first month, and I can not believe how much he has grown. He is such a sweet boy, and I couldn't ask for a better baby. He is a precious little gift.

Soo....

So, I decided that before I start forgetting EVERYTHING (due to pregnancy, haha) I would write down some of Jack's least favorite things.....and maybe some of his favorites.

Jack HATES peaches.
Jack HATES carrots.


Jack LOVES sweet potatoes.
Jack LOVES sucking/chewing on his burp rag.
Jack LOVES sitting with Daddy, but only if he gets to sit like a big boy (and watch a little TV).

Uuuugggghhhh, even now I am forgetting some of the stuff. This might have to be a on-going post. I will probably come up with the rest throughout the week, at least I hope. So, if you are reading this.....check back again because I will more than likely be adding to the above list.

6 Months Old!

Can you believe that Jack is 6 month's old??? I can not believe it. Time absolutely flies after you have a baby. All that time you spend waiting for him to finally get here speeds up after you give birth to him. Although, I have to say this second one is going so much faster than my pregnancy with Jackson. Anyway, here are Jackson's favorite things!

6 Month Favorites

1. Sticking my tongue out of the side of my mouth.
2. Shaking my head "no".
3. Giving high fives, with assistance. It is hilarious.
4. Rolling from my tummy to my back. I don't do it all the time, probably because I am just lazy. ;o)
5. Growing out of my clothes. My mommy can hardly keep up with me.
6. Hanging outside with Dad and Grandpa, we "work" on stuff.
7. Chomping on my fist, I am getting my little teethers ;o)
8. Singing my ABC's with Mom, I just giggle....Mom looks really silly.
9. I love other babies. They just fascinate me.
10. Music, I love it. I have to have music to fall asleep, it is really relaxing.

5 Month Old Baby Boy

Time flies, enough said. As I am writing this Jack looks like such a boy, not a baby. I can not believe how quickly life goes after you have a child. It is absolutely unbelievable!

5 Month Favorite's

1. Rolling ALL over the place, I finally showed Mom and Dad that I can do it.
2. Talking, and talking, and talking some more.
3. Giggling at my toes.
4. Eating "big boy food".
5. Having my friends come over and play, I got to meet my friend Robbie for the first time about two weeks ago!
6. Cuddling with my puppy dog.
7. Rocking to sleep with Mommy, but I have to have a blanket covering my face (otherwise there is just too much to look at) ;o)
8. My daddy! I tell him all about what Mommy and I did that day.
9. Changing up my normal schedule, I want to keep Mom on her toes.
10. Sitting up on my own, well sort of. It is in more of a hunch-back style. Haha.

My Sweet Boy Is 4 Months Old!

Okay everyone, I can not believe it....Jackson is 4 months old today. He is becoming such an amazing little boy, not a baby. Where did my baby go???

Four Months

1. Smiling when Daddy says, "Were's my giggle baby?".
2. Eating baby cereal, but only if you mix it with juice.
3. The only TV show I like is "Baby Loony Toons".
4. I secretly roll over in my crib every morning before Mommy and Daddy come and get me, I am not ready to show them how talented I really am.
5. I am Mommy's 'boo baby'.
6. I am so exciting that it is getting warmer outside, my Mommy and Daddy promised me a trip to the zoo and the pool!
7. Riding in my new car seat, like a big boy.
8. Taking a nap outside, well in Daddy's truck...but, I still got to smell the fresh air.
9. Drooling like crazy, Mommy thinks that I am getting a tooth.
10. Grabbing Daddy beard, and giving it a little tug.

I am planning on doing a photo shoot tomorrow afternoon! I will be sure to post the pictures tomorrow night.

3 Months Old Today!

Oh my goodness, Baby Jackson is three months old today! We took him to the doctor on Friday and our little man weighs in at 15.4 lbs. I asked the doctor if he has been gaining too much weight (gained 3 lbs each month for the last two months), but he didn't seem too concerned with it. He said that fat allows his brain to grow, so we are going to have a smart little baby boy. Here is the list of Jackson's favorite things:

Three Months

1. Smiling like crazy when I get my diaper changed.
2. Holding/chewing/sucking on my burp cloth (Mommy thinks this is disgusting).
3. Getting presents, holidays are a lot of fun!
4. Laughing in my sleep. (It is the cutest thing in the entire world)
5. Making Valentine's for my friends and family.
6. Trying new foods. Mommy let me lick a dill pickle once, it was gross!
7. Sleeping through the night, I know that my Mommy needed it.
8. Snuggling with my Mommy before I fall asleep.
9. Driving in the car, but don't you dare stop because I will start crying.
10. I just learned how to actually jump in my jumperoo, it is a lot of fun!

Two Month Well-Baby Check

Jackson is two months old today, I can not believe how time flies. He is growing great! This afternoon we had his two month well-baby check up, and everything looks good. He is now 12.4 lbs (60th percentile), 22 inches long (average), and his head measures 39 cm. Unfortunately, this appointment brought three shots :(. Jack was not a huge fan of this, but what baby is. The nurses did the first two at the same time, but the third one was all on his own. We gave him some Tylenol, and he has pretty much been sleeping ever since. He is such a good baby. Normally we would have spent the day taking pictures, and getting new foot prints for his book.....but, Jack is just not in the mood. I don't blame the poor kid, I would not want to be cute in pictures either. We will get pictures soon. But, for now.....here is the list of Jackson's 10 favorite things.

Two Months

1. Staring at my friends on my mobile.
2. Sitting in my bumbo chair.
3. Taking naps on Mommy.
4. Giggling in the middle of the night when I get my diaper changed.
5. Smiling at my silly Mommy and Daddy.

6. Being propped up on my Boppy pillow so I can sit up like a big boy.
7. Getting a massage after my baths.
8. Watching "boy" shows with my Daddy.
9. Staring at bright lights.
10. Getting Tylenol after my shots, they hurt!

One Month Old

I can not believe that my baby is already ONE MONTH OLD! He is getting so big, and time just flies by. He is constantly changing, and I am amazed each day at how smart he is. He knows just what to do to get what he wants, but that is most babies, I think. LOL. Here is a list of Jackson 10 Favorite Things:

One Month
1. Taking pictures with Grandpa, I promise next time I won't sleep the whole time.
2. Seeing how long I can keep Mommy awake at night before I go to bed.
3. Making a circle with my lips, my Mommy thinks it is so cute!
4. Smiling right before I fall into a deep sleep.
5. Watching football with Daddy and Grandpa.
6. Peeing in my bath water right when I get in.
7. Meeting all my new friends and family!
8. Cuddling with Mommy and Daddy.
9. Eating, all the time.
10. Wiggling all over the place!

I plan on having Jack "write" out a list of his favorite things each month, hopefully I do not forget or get too busy.
