Wordless Wednesday

How I subliminally told my husband we were having a third baby!  :)

I've Got It, Do You?

Baby fever.

That's right, you read correctly....baby fever.

Many of you might think that we are crazy for wanting to have another baby so quickly after Jack and Ady....but, both Z and I have been struck with a serious case of baby fever.

The other day when Z and I were talking about Christmas gift ideas he mentioned that he was going to get me an appointment to have my IUD removed....and that would be my Christmas present.  He was half kidding, but it seriously got us thinking.  When would we like to have another?

I am 100% positive that we will have another child (or a couple more!), and I think Z is too....but for us it is more about timing.

We are currently living in a 2 bedroom apartment, bidding our time until we save 20% for a down-payment.  It isn't very feasible to add another kiddo into the mix when we do not have the physical space for them.

So, we have come to the conclusion that we will wait until we are in a house.

I will still be smitten when I see those precious little babies, but, we will be waiting a couple years to add another precious little one to our family.

Are you planning on adding to your family?  Are you waiting?  Trying?  I would love to hear your stories!  :)

ABCs

Jackers and I have been really practicing his letters over the last week, and he has been doing pretty good.  I am very impressed, especially because he was hardly talking a month ago.  :)

So, the other day I recorded his ABCs, and I got the clip you are about to see.  However, I realized (while watching it back) that I totally forget the letter K.  Yep, I am a bad Mom.  I forget the letter K, I went right from J to L.  Terrible, I know.  I feel awful, but I promise I have been making sure to include ALL the letters when we practice since this clip.  :)  Hopefully I didn't damage him too much.

Isn't he sweet?  Anyway, last week my two turned 21 and 9 months and I just can't believe it.  Their birthdays are right around the corner, and I still have no idea what I am going to do....which is so not like me.  I started planning Jackson's birthday almost 8 MONTHS before.  Nuts, I know.

Last Saturday I started looking for winter coats for the kids, but they don't have them in the stores yet.  Man, these people must not be planners like me.  I am getting nervous that I don't have them (yes, I know it is August).  Lol.  I need a large pill of RELAX!

Well, that's about all the is going on around here.  I hope that y'all are having a great day.  :)

My Baby Boy

So...a couple of days ago, I did a post about my nearly 6 month old.

And today, I thought I would do a post about my almost 18 month old.  :)

He is a very inquisitive boy.  He needs to know how EVERYTHING works.

And if you don't allow him to explore (things like the OVEN), he throws a little fit.

Which I think is adorable.  When I smile, or even giggle, he gets even more upset.  Lol.

He hates getting his teeth, and walks around with his finger in his mouth (or a paci, he just chews on it) most of the time.

He loves his sister and gives her kisses all the time.  And "pet" her head whenever I say "gentle Jackers".

Oh, I forgot to mention.  He is a dancer!  He will twirl and twirl and twirl until he can't see straight.  Little booger.

I am so thankful for my wonderful children.  I wouldn't want to live without them.  They are my world.
