Realistically: I would like to be doing exactly what we have been doing. Work our hardest to pay down debts, and stay together....as a family.
Dream: Have house and any other debt we may have to acquire paid off, completely.
We hope to have our house paid off in 12 years. It is a BIG goal, but one we are striving for.
Another goal in about 10 years would be to purchase a rental property to help build up our retirement. My brother is wanting to purchase a rental property as well, so we have thought about purchasing one together. We will see where life leads us.
