I need motivation.
I seriously beat myself up for not working out on Wednesday. I felt terrible, but I tried to make up for it on Thursday by exercising for 85 minutes.
But, all that work only let me "win" this week by 6 minutes. That's it! My workout partner is a crazy exerciser! But, you know, I love her anyway.
But, today I want nothing to do with working out. I know that I have to do it, but I don't want to.
Come on guys, will you help push me through this rut?

eeek! I've no idea, if you get a good answer let me know. The only time I ever felt so motivated was my tiny wedding dress. No idea what i'll do with my baby weight this time round.
