Yikes!

I received the "30 Day Shred" in the mail today. Why am I so afraid of a DVD? Lol.

Have you done the "30 Day Shred" before, do you like it? The two ladies I have chatted with about it have reported injuries....eeekkk.

    I bought a copy today at Target and will start in the morning - lets hope there aren't any injuries!!! I'm excited and hope I will lose even more weight.
