Day 1

The 30 Day Shred SUCKS! Lol, well it is great....but horrible at the same time. The exercises look easy, however I got tired REALLY quickly. I am going to chalk it up to cleaning all day, and being extra tired....but, in reality it is just because I am that out of shape. We will have to see how Day 2 goes :(.

My eating habits, well....needs some work. But, everything is a work in progress.

As far as water intake, I think I am doing pretty good. I typically don't have more than one soda a day, and I am sure eventually that will be phased out as well.

Thanks everyone for the support, and I will make sure to let you know how the next 29 days go.

  1. Way to go YOU!!!!!! I am on day 3 and I still can't do the whole thing yet. My shoulders, arms and knees killed me the first day, then yesterday I couldn't do much because I was still in pain, but today was easier. I feel my body loosening up. I think I crunched lower today then I have in years.
    I've been eating better and cut out all snacking and pop. I drink a ton of water and that's certainly paying off.

  4. WTG on the working out - its a tough thing to get started with but feels so good when you're done!!! One thing that has really helped me is to have a goal in mind, I signed up for a 5k and that was great motivation to run/walk. I'm starting the 30 day shred tomorrow morning, haven't been feeling well the last few day. Its great knowing other people are suffering along with you. :-)

    You signed up for 5k, okay...you are nuts. Haha, kidding! I know that I couldn't do it. At least not right now, and I don't think that I would ever set that as one of my goals...I hate running. Haha. Maybe it is one of those things that you can learn to love, idk.

    By doing the Shred you will be suffering...it's horrible. I just keep telling myself that it will get better ;o).
