The 30 Day Shred SUCKS! Lol, well it is great....but horrible at the same time. The exercises look easy, however I got tired REALLY quickly. I am going to chalk it up to cleaning all day, and being extra tired....but, in reality it is just because I am that out of shape. We will have to see how Day 2 goes :(.
My eating habits, well....needs some work. But, everything is a work in progress.
As far as water intake, I think I am doing pretty good. I typically don't have more than one soda a day, and I am sure eventually that will be phased out as well.
