Day 15 and 16 - You don't want to know.
Day 17 - Working on my water, and I am determined to get it done today. I did the Shred today, yeah me! My goodness I had forgotten how much my knees hurt while doing this workout video. Really, should a 230 lb person be jumping around for 20 minutes.....I think not. They hurt the most while doing the jumping jacks, which I don't do correctly because I am too busy holding down my boobs. Do I really need to add black eyes to my list of ailments? ;o)
I had a little workout buddy this afternoon. My brother, Tim, came over to hang out since school was canceled, and he made me look like a chump. I guess that is what I get when I workout with a 14 year old boy. He was all cocky in the beginning, but by the end he admitted that it was a difficult workout. He said, "it even got me sweating, and I never sweat." Way to go Jillian!
I am glad that I got back into the Shred game, however it is my least favorite part of the day....but really it isn't. I feel really good after doing it (well, any workout), but I dread doing it, why? Mind over matter. I have to keep that in mind.
Things should be getting back on track now that no one is sick, we seem to be over the teething mess, and life is just slowing down. But watch, now that I have said that things will get busy again. Just what I need. Lol.
Well, here are some stats.....in 17 days (in a bit more detail, I wish my original measurements included all this stuff):
Weight - 230lbs to 227lbs
Hips - 51.25 inches to 50 inches
Waist - unknown to 40 inches
Chest - 45.5 inches to 47.5 inches (really, my boobs are getting bigger??? Seriously not what I need. I actually think it is just the difference in bras, but still.)
Left Thigh - unknown to 30 inches
Right Thigh - unknown to 28 inches
Left Calf - unknown to 17 inches
Right Calf - unknown to 18 inches
How are you doing on your weight loss? Any encouraging words? I love you all, and I appreciate all the help that you have given me!
