These are my before pictures, and hopefully in 30 days (ish, you can find more about that here) my "after" pictures will look much better. I know that I will not be anywhere near my "goal" weight after 30 days...but, I will be closer. (Sorry, the pics are from my phone....I didn't want to go searching for the "regular" camera. Yeah, I know....I'm lazy. Oh, and sorry for not making my bed, or picking up our bedroom. Lol, that room is NEVER clean.)
And here are my not so lovely stats:
My Weight: 230 lbs
Waist: 51.25 inches (YUCK!!!)
Chest: 45.5 inches

As you can see I have a lot of work to do. But, eventually I will get it done. It might take me a while, but it will get done. I am confident, or maybe I just put on a good face of confidence. ;o)

ReplyDeleteI'm trying to decide if I wan to put my 'stats' out on my blog (up and running tomorrow - hopefully!). I'm not sure.... Since I'm only trying to firm up and lose 5-10lbs, I'm not sure it's worth it.
