No Spend Month = House?

I don't think this no spend month could have come at a better time.

Yesterday, I had some questions for the company we are using to finance our home purchase.  We were originally told to get rid of X amount of debt, wait 6 months, and apply.....but, when I called yesterday, she said "go ahead and apply today!"

Umm, yeah!!!!!!

So, Hubs and I filled out the information.....and we passed the pre-approval.  I am so stinkin' excited!

If everything works out, we should know within 2 weeks if we fully qualify....and if we do, we will be purchasing a house a LOT sooner than we anticipated.  YEAH!

I can't even tell you how excited I am!  I can not wait to be in a house.....to decorate, to have a place to truly call our own, a place to raise our children, ours.  :)

This no spend month will really help us cover the costs associated with purchasing a house, and I am so glad we are doing it!

Even if we are not approved (that will suck!), I know that we are SO much closer to a house than we were this time last year, and I know that we will be in a house when the time is right.  I just hope the right time is now.  ;o)
